This week’s episode is a solo round about the #1 thing you can do to set yourself up for success. Lately I have been in a funk, I started analyzing my life trying to figure out why I haven’t been at the top of my game.) I have been stressed, I have been negative, I have been moody, I just haven’t been myself.) I started looking for what was different and what was missing. I realized that over the last month I have been neglecting my morning routine. I know that sounds like a small thing but it is HUGE! This is the biggest thing that effects my daily life. I can look back on the past two years and see that when I am feeling great and doing well with my goals I am doing my morning routine. When I am not 100% I am not doing my morning routine.
In this episode I tell you exactly what my morning routine looks like and what I do to set myself up for success every day. Positivity takes work! And this is what I do every day to stay positive. When I started doing this morning routine I was 270 LBS and I believe that this was the number one thing that helped me reach my goal.
